A leading regional provider of business IT services, Vital Network Solutions, has announced its acquisition of a local competitor in a deal which sees the Knaresborough-based company add six new member of staff further enhancing the company’s technical expertise and range of services.
Octari Ltd, which is based at Tower Works in Granary Wharf, Leeds, has been bought for an undisclosed sum from the firm’s founder, Marcus Robinson, who founded the company in 2004.
Both Vital and Octari offer a complementary range of IT solutions, such as support, business continuity, Microsoft infrastructure and cloud services, to small and medium-sized businesses across Yorkshire and the UK.
Octari is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner whose staff hold a range of Microsoft certifications and is well respected within the IT industry as a provider of innovative solutions based on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
Vital Network Solutions is part of Vital Technology Group which was established in 2006 and includes web development business Vital Online Studio, ecommerce IT equipment provider Vital Supplies and business communications specialist Vital Telecommunications.
