Three men from Leeds attended Harrogate Magistrates Court today following the discovery of a drugs farm near Knaresborough.
Police found 162 cannabis plants after they executed a drugs warrant on 28 April 2015 at the former S&R Motors site, Boroughbridge Road, Ferrensby.
Plants and cultivation equipment were seized.
- Sabu Singh, aged 40, from Leeds is facing charges of the production of cannabis and perverting the course of justice
- Sukhdev Singh, aged 36, from Leeds has been charged with production of cannabis and possession of cannabis
- Stephen Varley, aged 31, from Pudsey has been charged with the production of cannabis
They will face trial at York Crown Court on 6 November 2015.
