The emergency services were called at around 7:40pm today (17 October 2015) to a traffic collision near Harrogate.
The incident involved two vehicles on the B6165 near Ripley, the road from Ripley to Pateley Bridge. The single occupant of both vehicles have been transferred to Harrogate Hospital, with what are believed to be non life threatening injuries.
The road is currently closed and is likely to re-open by 10pm.
