Dacres Commercial has successfully sold a prominent industrial site with adjoining land that covers approximately 2.77 acres, close to Knaresborough town centre.
The site, which is located close to the A59 on Hambleton Grove, has been acquired by a Private Pension Client of Knight Frank. They are planning to refurbish the site’s three main buildings, which offer approximately 63,000 square feet of warehouse and office space, before re-letting the units.
Dacres Commercial sold the site on behalf of door, window and building products manufacturer, The Litchfield Group which is based in Derbyshire.
