North Yorkshire Police found 162 cannabis plants after they executed a drugs warrant on 28 April 2015.
Plants and cultivation equipment were seized from the former S&R Motors site, on Boroughbridge Road, Ferrensby.
Three West Yorkshire men have been arrested:
- 40-year-old man from Leeds has been charged with production of cannabis and perverting the course of justice.
- 36-year-old man from Leeds has been charged with production of cannabis and possession of cannabis.
- 31-year-old man from Pudsey has been charged with production of cannabis.
They will appear at Harrogate Magistrates’ Court on 22 October 2015, 9.30am, court room 1.
A 24-year-old man from Wetherby and a 60-year-old man from Bradford were also arrested in connection with the investigation, but have been released without charge.
