The Duchy of Lancaster has put forward plans to build 160 new houses on the edge of the Duchy Estate on a currently green field site.
The Duchy of Lancaster is a private estate owned by Her Majesty The Queen, as Duke of Lancaster.
The countryside location on the outskirts is adjacent to the Iron Gates playing fields and the Pinewoods. It is currently used for animal grazing and school playing fields.
A public exhibition will be held at the Sun Pavilion, Harrogate on Friday 19th June 2015, 11.00 am to 9.00 pm.
The latest date for feedback directly to the Duchy is 10 July 2015, but feedback can be provided against the planning application following then.
