The 50th Knaresborough Bed Race is fast approaching on 13 June 2015 and once again Transdev will be providing transport for spectators and competitors on Route 1 services.
Knaresborough Hill and Bond End will be closed to traffic from 12 until 5pm, with our buses running via Calcutt instead.
The 1a, b and c will be diverted between Forest Lane Head and Knaresborough Bus Station via Forest Lane, Forest Moor Road and Blands Hill.
Transdev services will be running to the normal Saturday frequency, starting from 6.31am.
And for those who want to stay around and enjoy the atmosphere after the race our buses run up until 11.45pm
A Harrogate to Knaresborough return ticket is £3.
Transdev are also running a promotion in June. If you travel on Saturday to anywhere in Zone One you’ll be able to travel for free anywhere in the same zone the next day.
