Police investigating an altercation in Ripon are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
At around 11.35am on Friday 14 November 2014, staff at the Post Office on Finkle Street reported seeing two men and a woman arguing in the entrance foyer.
It is believed that the woman was in possession of a Swiss Army-style knife.
Following the altercation all three people went their separate ways.
Officers are trying to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
