Danny Mills, former Leeds United, Manchester City and England footballer recently kicked off this year’s Harrogate Antiques Fair Gala evening in aid of the Acorn charity.
Danny officially opened the Antiques Fair which is regarded as the most prestigious of its kind in the North of England.
This is the 6th year that Acorn has been the Fair’s nominated charity and the event raised over £1500 for Acorn’s chosen causes: people with dementia and their carers locally and research into scleroderma at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
