The Knox Arms in the Bilton area of Harrogate has withdrawn their application to change their licence.
The variation application was to serve alcohol until 1 am on every night along with entertainments, including films, live music, recorded music and performance of dance.
The hearing planned for the 26 September 2014 as therefore been cancelled.
