Oktay Kilic, 40, of Kent Road in Harrogate appeared at Harrogate Magistrates today (6 August 2014).
Mr Kilic is accused with murder following the stabbing of Mark Berney, 44, from Knaresborough.
Mark Berney Mark Berney was found dead in a car on Sunday (3 August 2014) at Whipley Bank in Ripley, near Harrogate.
Mr Kilic was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Leeds Crown Court on 8 August 2014.
