Austin Williams from Ripon has won First Place and a gold medal in the Classic Bodybuilding Class at the UKBFF Welsh Grand Prix.
The event was held at Princess Royal Theatre, Port Talbot, South Wales on Saturday 24 May 2014. As well as the Gold Medal Austin received a bag of goodies and a qualifying certificate to enter the UKBFF British Championship Finals in October.
Austin is featured in a double page spread of the June issue of the bodybuilders bible ‘Flex Magazine’ where he is described as a ‘Rapid Riser’ making his mark on British and International bodybuilding.
The other half of the ‘Dream Team’, Austin’s training partner Amelia Jane Dale of Harrogate has entered the Bikini Class in the UKBFF Nationals, Bodypower and the Welsh Grand Prix and is doing exceptionally well in her first competitions. One to watch!
