Police in Harrogate are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist died as the result of a collision on the A59.
It occurred at around 5.10pm on Sunday 9 February 2014, approximately five miles out of Harrogate towards Skipton, near to the entrance of High Moor Farm Caravan Park.
The collision involved a gold Honda CRV and a black Triumph Daytona motorcycle.
As a result of the incident, the 25-year-old Harrogate man riding the Triumph was taken to Harrogate District Hospital where he was sadly pronounced dead.
Traffic Constable Sean Grey, of the Force’s Roads Policing Group, said: I know that there was a lot of traffic in the area at the time of the collision and I am urging the occupants of the cars to come forward straight away as they may have vital information which could help my enquiries.
