Police are looking to identify a man they want to speak to in connection with a theft from an off-licence in Harrogate.
At around 8.20pm on Tuesday 7 January 2014, a man entered Rhythm and Booze on King’s Road. He left with the a 24 cans of Carling lager without making any attempt to pay for it.
