Ernest Wilson business agents of Leeds have confirmed that they successfully handled the sale of the J oe Rigatoni’ s restaurant on Ripon Road, Harrogate on behalf of the ow ner, Julie Abbott w ho had o wed and operated it since 2005.
The business and property was advertised for £1.25m
The new ow ners, who have not been announced, already have similar business interests in the centre of York & Leeds.
In early 2013, Ernest Wilsons also handled the letting of the lo wer ground floor restaurant of Joe Rigatoni s to Kaiten sushi which is a popular sushi and sake bar.

which has been more significant over the last 12 months partcularly to wards the top end of the mark et as access to finance becomes easier and confidence gro ws.
