North Yorkshire Police have arrested a second suspect following a bomb hoax in Knaresborough on 16 October 2013.
The 22-year-old man from Leeds was arrested on 13 November 2013 and interviewed by officers from the Major Crime Unit.
He has been given police bail while enquiries continue into the incident.
The 21-year-old man who was arrested on 18 October has been re-bailed.
Both men are due to answer bail in the new year.
