A car and cyclist collied this evening (27 June 2013) at the junction of Skipton road and Kings road in Harrogate.
It happened at around 17:50 and involved a red Renault and a man in his 40’s. There was obvious damage to the wind-shield of the Renault, but the man was conscious as he was attended to.
The ambulance service have confirmed that he was transferred to Harrogate hospital with a serious shoulder injury.
