The collision was reported just after 1pm on Wednesday 5 June 2013, at the junction of the A658 and B6163, involving a Toyota verso, a Toyota Avensis and a Volkswagen sirocco.
A 76-year-old local woman taken to Harrogate District Hospital with a minor head injury.
The other people involved did not require medical treatment.
The road was blocked for a short time following the collision.
