Following the death of a man at York racecourse on Saturday 25 May 2013, police have now released the name of the man involved.
He was Jack Yates, who was aged 21 and from Bradford.
A date has not yet been set for his inquest.
The death following the fall from the Knavesmire Stand, is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being compiled on behalf of the coroner.
