A car was accidentally driven into the front of Boots the Chemist in Knaresborough yesterday – 18 Feb 2013
There was an elderly couple in the vehicle, a Volkswagen Polo, and was being driven by an 86-year-old man at the time.
Police have said that it was likely due to the drivers foot slipping on a pedal.
The vehicle and door to the shop were damaged, but no one was injured and the scene was clear by 3.45pm
