Police have made swift progress following the theft of a quad bike from an outbuilding of a farm near Bouthwaite, Harrogate on Tuesday 8 January 2013.
A 25-year-old man from Leeds was arrested on the same day as the theft, when officers stopped the van he was driving.
He is due to appear to appear at Harrogate Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 29 January 2013, charged with burglary.
