This is a summary of many of the organised firework and bonfire nights in North Yorkshire 2012.

Thursday 1st November
Masham- Bivouac. From 7pm. Bonfire. Free entry
Friday 2nd November
Ripon- Starts at 5pm, bonfire lit at 7pm, fireworks from 7:30pm
Saturday 3rd November
Bedale – Bonfire lit at 6pm, fireworks at 6:45pm. Free entry
Easingwold Maize Maze (A19)- Gates open at 6pm, fireworks at 7pm. All proceeds to charity
Harrogate- Event starts at 6pm, bonfire lit at 630pm, fireworks 7:15pm. Free entry
Long Marston- Gates open 6:15pm, bonfire 6:30pm, fireworks 7pm. Adults £6 (£5 in advance), children 5-14years £2 (£1.50 in advance)
Malton- The Old Lodge. 6pm start. Adults £5, kids under 12 £3, family tickets also available
Selby-The Town Council’s Bonfire Event at the Community Centre. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm, fireworks from 7.00pm. It is a free event and everyone is welcome to attend
South Milford- 6pm start. Advance tickets £5, under 4’s free
Thirsk- Millgate. Bonfire lit at 6:30pm. Free entry
Whixley village fireworks
Sunday 4th November
York- Kaboom Firework Festival. Tickets available to buy online or over the phone
Harrogate Railway – free bonfire and fireworks
Monday 5th November
Northallerton- Event starts at 6pm, fireworks at 7pm. Free entry
Scarborough- Scarborough Lions’ Annual firework display. Gates open at 5:30pm, bonfire lit at 6pm, fireworks at 7:15pm. Adult £2.50, accompanied children free
Stockton-on-Tees – 6pm onwards, fireworks from 730pm. Free entry
York Knavesmire- 4-10pm. Tickets available to buy online
York Maze – 4:30-10:30pm (fireworks at 8pm). Tickets available to buy online (Adults £12.95, under 16’s £9.95, under 3’s free)
