A new Corporate and Commercial solicitor has been appointed by top-ranked Yorkshire law firm McCormicks.
Lewis Goodwin brings expertise across the Commercial field, including mergers and acquisitions; re-organising and restructuring; banking, finance and security; business start-up and the formation of charities.
He joins McCormicks from a leading North-East practice where he has been based for the last nine years.
Lewis, who studied Law and European Languages at university in Bristol, worked for a prominent multi-displinary practice in Nuremberg, Germany, before joining his last firm.
