Harrogate fire crews were called to Burnby Close in Jennyfields today at around 5pm (12 Oct 12)
Two appliances attended and took 30 minutes to extinguish a garage fire with two fire fighters wearing breathing apparatus and a hose.
Although there is extensive damage to the contents of the garage, the fire did not spread to the adjoining house.
The reasons for the fire is not currently known and being investigated.
