Two men injured during assault in Starbeck

Harrogate police are appealing for information following an assault in the town.

It occurred at 11.30pm on Sunday 2 September 2012, at the junction of Camwal Road and High Street in Starbeck.

As a result of the incident a local man aged 30 suffered minor injuries and a 46-year-old man suffered head and arm injuries.

They were both taken to Harrogate District Hospital for treatment, where they were treated in the Emergency and Accident Unit.

 

Detective Constable Matt White, of Harrogate CID, said:

I know that there were a number of people in the area at the time and I am asking them to contact the police if they have not already done so.
