Beaucare Medical, suppliers of medical and hygiene equipment, celebrated their 20th anniversary of trading in Harrogate this August with founder and MD, Jonathan Brown still firmly at the helm.
With some major changes to their management team, with the view of strengthening the business as a whole and to provide a clearer line of customer communication , Jane Lock was promoted to Commercial Director and Jo Bailey appointed National Sales Manager.
The company has also experienced a number of other achievements over the years, the most recent of which was their move to a larger premises based in Hornbeam Park, Harrogate, in October last year. This allowed them to increase their warehouse capacity from 8 000 to 25 000 sq ft and the ability to import more competitively priced products.
Other milestones include the creation of their service department, undertaking LOLER and PAT testing via CRB checked service engineers on hoists, beds, slings and pressure relief equipment.
They are extremely appreciative of the loyalty and support of their customers and look forward to new exciting opportunities that await them. So although 2012 has had its fair share of doom and gloom on the financial and weather front, Beaucare has a lot to celebrate.
