Three members of staff at financial services mutual, Engage Mutual in Hornbeam Park, have been recognised for outstanding dedication and commitment in their roles.
Customer services assistant, Emma Colledge, accounts assistant, Nerissa Stewart and project manager, Becky Robinson were nominated by fellow colleagues to receive the first ever Engage Mutual PRECISE awards.
HR & operations director, Steve Barry, stated:
The PRECISE awards have been introduced to recognise colleagues who embody our key behaviours in that they have a passion for excellence, are resilient, empathetic, commercially aware, involved, supportive, and enterprising.
The three worthy winners each received £250 and attended the Stray FM Local Hero Awards as part of their prize.
