Woodley Sports came away from this contest as easy winners.
Rail who made 4 changes from the midweek game with Witton Albion struggled during the first half and it was Woodley that opened the scoring on 23 minutes when Jack Dorney capitalised on a defensive error and lobbed Craig Parry from within the penalty area. Woodley then added a second on 33 minutes when Domaine Rouse who looked yards offside ran on ingoal and slid the ball past the advancing Parry.
The second half was just as scrappy as bookings and substitutions interrupted the flow of the game. With less than 10 minutes to go Woodley made sure of all 3 points when Jack Dorney scored a third after being put through by substitute Dean Lantouris.
With a minute of normal time left Woodley scored a fourth with an excellent taken free-kick by Jordan Stepien from well outside the penalty area to add to Rail’s relegation worries.
