A local pet supplier has found a new home at Saltergate Business Park near Harrogate.
Petsperfect.co.uk, an online pet store which is currently based in the centre of Harrogate, has chosen to move out of town as its business grows. Established in 2004 the firm provides a range of new and innovative pet products.
The company has taken Unit 1 leaving only one unit remaining at the site, which is managed by national property consultant Carter Jonas.

Sophie Knox, owner of Petsperfect.co.uk, said:
Our main reason for moving to Saltergate Business Park is our increased sales have led to extra staff and therefore a need for new premises. I’m so pleased with the extra space – Pets Perfect is expanding rapidly and this warehouse is ideal.
Sophie, 28, is an animal lover and bought the business four years ago.
Sophie said:
I have a great passion for animals and know that my customers want the best for them just as i would. We stock everything you could possibly need for your Pets – from training collars to stop your dog pulling, to beds from dog boots to squeaky mice for Cats – there is something for every budget and now, with the extra space, we will be expanding into products for other animals. Though Pets Perfect is internet-based we welcome customers who want to come and bring their Pet for a fitting.
The location and layout of Saltergate Business Park is ideal for an expanding company like Petsperfect.co.uk – it is a spacious business park, with large parking areas and overlooking green fields. Carter Jonas has provided very quick responses to any issues that have arisen, making the move smooth and easy.
Saltergate Business Park provides a mixture of warehouse and light industrial units three miles west of Harrogate. Current tenants on the park include Little Red Bus, Cornering force and Tetley’s Electrical Contractors.
