Gwent Police are appealing for information to help trace 55 year old Peter Phillips from Newport who has failed to answer bail.
Phillips was arrested on suspicion of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity in November 2011 and was released on bail pending further enquiries.
He failed to answer his bail date on 11th January 2012 and since then police have been undertaking enquiries in an attempt to locate him.
Phillips is described as white, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and of slim build. He has blue eyes and short, straight, grey hair. He has the names “Rose” and “Janet” tattooed on his right bicep.
