The driver of a silver 4×4 is being asked to come forward following a road traffic collision on the A61 at Pannal.
The vehicle, thought to be a Range Rover, is believed to have been involved in a collision with a blue Jeep Grand Cherokee and a white Vauxhall Insignia at the junction with Station Road at around 3.35pm on Monday 5 March 2012.
The 4×4 did not stop at the scene and officers would like to speak to the driver.
Traffic Constable Steve James, of Harrogate Roads Policing Group, said:
It is important that driver of the silver 4×4 comes forward as they may be able help us with the investigation.
I would also urge anyone who witnessed the collision itself to contact the police with any information they have.
Anyone who can help the investigation is urged to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101 – select option 2 – and ask for Steve James or Harrogate RPG, quoting reference number 12120035355.
