Detectives are investigating following the unexplained death of a woman in Harrogate.
Susan Rose O’Connor, aged 53, was admitted to Harrogate District Hospital on Monday 13 February 2012 suffering from serious injuries and concerned medical staff contacted North Yorkshire Police.
Susan sadly died on Tuesday 14 February 2012 and officers have been making enquiries in and around an address on Prospect Place to establish how she sustained her fatal injuries.
Police are appealing to anyone who can help with the investigation into Susan’s death to come forward with information.
Detective Sergeant Dave Horne, of Harrogate CID, said:
At the moment Susan’s death is being treated as unexplained. It is important that anyone who can help us establish how she sustained her injuries gets in touch.
A 48-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently helping police with their enquiries.
