Police were called to an address in Spring Grove, Harrogate at around 4.30pm on Sunday 19 June, following reports that a man had fallen from a third-floor window.
The man has now been named by the police as 25 year old Matthew Charles Carr from Harrogate.
Matthew Carr was found at the scene with serious head and chest injuries and was taken to Harrogate District Hospital where he later died.
Following Police examination at there scene, there are not believed to be suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
