Police in Skipton are asking for the public’s help to locate a piece of valuable pottery.
The rare Moorcroft vase which was stolen from a property on Mastiles Lane, Kilnsey, Skipton, sometime between mid January and Tuesday 8 February 2011, is one of a limited edition of 25. It bears the signature “Emma Bossoms” and the number 20/25.
Police Constable Tony Ingram, of the Skipton Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “I urge anyone who has seen this highly distinctive piece of pottery to contact me as soon as possible so that it can be reunited with its rightful owner.”
