North Yorkshire Fire Service were called to the Skipton Road/ Stray area of Harrogate at 13:18 today (8 October 2013)
The engine bay of a Vauxhall Corsa was on fire, believed to be due to an electrical problem.
There were no injuries as a result of this incident although there was extensive damage to the engine.
